Gabriela da Silva Miranda Cañas

Gabriela da Silva Miranda Cañas is an HR Manager at Loft. Gabriela has previously worked as a Product Manager and Product Owner at Avenue Code and dti digital.

At Avenue Code, Gabriela was responsible for defining strategy, analyzing feasibility, managing the Roadmap, and mitigating risks for a mobile innovation product. Gabriela also worked on defining, refining, and slicing the backlog, as well as collecting requirements and metrics. Together with the design and development team, they worked to ensure the delivery of a complete and user-centered solution.

At dti digital, Gabriela worked as a Product Owner for a large pharmaceutical company in Belo Horizonte. Gabriela was directly responsible for defining and refining the backlog, collecting requirements and metrics, and monitoring the implementation and impact of innovation solutions. Like all members of the team, they had a strategic role in the client's digital transformation, always paying attention to the application of agile methodology and responding quickly to feedback collected from clients, always defending a user-centered approach.

Gabriela has also taught courses and given lectures on agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and prototyping, to contribute to the community and exchange practical experiences.
