Janez Sodja

Director, Field Sales, EMEA at Loftware

Janez Sodja has a diverse range of work experience. Janez began their career as a Project Manager at Val marketing in 2002. From 2004 to 2007, they served as the Sales Director at ISKRA ZASCITE, where they were responsible for developing operations and managing sales in key markets. Janez then joined HERMES SoftLab as an Enterprise Sales Manager from 2007 to 2009, where they managed complex sales processes, identified new business opportunities, and developed alliances with IT vendors. Since 2009, they have been working at Loftware NiceLabel, starting as a Channel Sales Manager and gradually progressing to their current position as the Director of Field Sales, EMEA. In their role at Loftware NiceLabel, they have defined worldwide strategies for Fortune 500 accounts, led and managed teams, and been responsible for Profit & Loss (P&L) management.

Janez Sodja attended the University of Ljubljana from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a BSc in Economics. Janez then pursued further education at the same university from 2007 to 2012 and obtained an MSc in Management.
