Alex Taylor

Alex Taylor is a Mechanical Engineer currently employed at Logan Aluminum since November 2021. Previously, Alex held the position of Production Engineer (Extrusion) at Kobelco Aluminum Products & Extrusions Inc. from March 2018 to October 2021 and worked as an Industrial Engineer at Nanshan America from March 2017 to March 2018. Early career experiences include roles as a Delivery Driver at Domino's and Assistant Band Director of the Marching Band at Carbondale Community High School, alongside being an Undergraduate Assistant at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Alex started the career as a Lifeguard at John A. Logan College. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Kentucky University (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale (2012-2016).
