Gisele Guimarães

Gisele Guimarães has been working in the tech recruitment industry since 2008. Gisele began their career as an Assistant of Human Resources at Accenture, where they were responsible for recruitment activities such as triaging resumes, analyzing profiles, controlling bonuses, and creating reports and feedbacks for the team. Gisele then moved to Foursys as a Human Resource professional in 2012. In 2017, they joined One Choice Consulting as a Human Resource Leader, where they managed recruitment and selection, developed relationships with professionals, and was responsible for all development and implementation of events, training, and performance evaluations. In 2018, Gisele became a Tech Recruiter at Ewave do Brasil. Gisele then joined NTT DATA Business Solutions Brazil as a Recruitment and Selection Analyst IT in 2021, and currently works as a Tech Recruiter at LogComex, where they are challenged daily and has freedom to propose ideas, develop indicators, and support onboarding and other People Journey activities.

Gisele Guimarães received a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade Anhanguera de São Paulo between 2009 and 2011. In August 2020, they obtained a certification in Professional, Emotional, and Technological Competencies for Times of Change from PUCRS - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Additionally, they obtained a PNL - Licensed Practitioner certification from Mental Formula in August 2020.
