Rafael Cruz

Rafael Cruz has worked in the legal field since 2004. Rafael began as a Law Intern at Oliveira Franco, Ribeiro, Kuster e Rosa Advogados. In 2005, they became a Law Intern at Castro Valença Lee e Araujo Sociedade de Advogados, where they focused on drafting advices, contacts with clients, and the negotiation, analysis, drafting and execution of national and international agreements. Rafael also conducted research in all business-related areas of law and supported in arbitration proceedings. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Sócio at Andersen Ballão Advocacia, where they worked with Business and Corporate Law and was highly focused on international business and companies acting in foreign environments. Rafael also part-time allocated as an internal lawyer for a global player on the Oil and Gas Industry. In 2011, they became Secretary at Associação Paranaense de Direito e Economia. In 2012, they were an LL.M. Student at UC Berkeley. In 2023, they became Chief Legal Officer at Logcomex.

Rafael Cruz completed their Graduation in Law from Universidade Federal do Paraná between 2002 and 2006. Rafael then went on to complete a Graduate degree in Corporate and Business Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná in 2007-2008. In 2010-2011, they completed a Graduate degree in International Business, Law and Logistics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná. Finally, they completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from University of California, Berkeley - School of Law in 2012-2013.
