Rafael Mercatelli

Rafael Mercatelli has over 20 years of experience in the software engineering and design industry. Rafael began their career in 2000 as an Autocad Designer for W.S.G. Projetos e Construcoes S/C. Ltda. - ME. In 2004, they began working as a Freelance Autocad Designer. In 2008, they became a Manager at Banco do Brasil, where they were responsible for building client relationships, creating proposals, and explaining product features. In 2017, they began working as a Mobile Developer for Klabin, followed by Plus-IT Tech in 2018, and Freelance in the same year. In 2019, they became a Co-Founder and Software Engineering Manager at Overdrive Softwares e Consultoria, where they were responsible for driving technology discussion and strategy, collaborating with business and functional partners, and tracking and prioritizing product roadmaps. Rafael also worked as a Software Engineering Manager at Times Idiomas from 2019 to 2021, and at Logcomex from 2022 onwards.

Rafael Mercatelli attended FHO | Fundação Hermínio Ometto, where they obtained a degree in Sistemas de Informação with a field of study in Tecnologia da Informação.
