Raphael Figueiredo Batta Rosa

Raphael Figueiredo Batta Rosa has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 at Daiken as a Senior Development Engineer. In 2012, they joined Nissan Motor Corporation as a Senior Project & Planning Planner and Project Manager, where they were responsible for engineering projects in the LATAM region, developing accessories, special series, connected solutions and mobility. In 2019, they moved to Sistema FIEP as an Innovation, Research & Development Consultant, and to Wi2Be Tecnologia S.A. as a Product Manager. Raphael then joined Ouro Verde as a Project Manager, and docg. as a Franchise Owner. Currently, they are employed at Logcomex as a Program Manager, Scrum Master Coordinator, and Scrum Master | Project Manager. In this role, they are responsible for creating and implementing agile methodologies, creating action plans to eliminate bugs quickly, and managing two squads and two main products.
