Irina Pulyakhina

Irina Pulyakhina has extensive work experience in data science and machine learning engineering. Irina currently holds the position of Head of Data at LOGEX, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Royal HaskoningDHV as a Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer from May 2021 to December 2022. Irina also worked at Xccelerated - proudly part of Xebia as a Machine Learning Engineer from April 2021 to April 2022, where they underwent intensive training in data science techniques and expanded their engineering skills. Before that, they served as a Data Scientist at WeTransfer from April 2018 to March 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Data Scientist at The Hyve from September 2016 to March 2018, specializing in processing and parsing large pharmaceutical and omics Big Data collections.

Irina Pulyakhina obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Cheminformatics from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) in the years 2006-2011. Irina then pursued a Master's Degree in Bioinformatics at Leiden University from 2010 to 2011. Subsequently, Irina completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Bioinformatics at Leiden University from 2011 to 2015.
