Marlo Schlaghecke-Stijweg

Marlo Schlaghecke-Stijweg currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at LOGEX since January 2025. Prior to this role, Marlo held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Ahold Delhaize, overseeing the Global Support Office from October 2022 to January 2025, and at Coyote Logistics, managing HR for Europe from October 2018 to August 2022. Marlo's earlier experience includes a Senior Director role at IQVIA from June 2009 to August 2018, where responsibilities included global HR management for three business groups with over 9,000 employees, as well as local HR management for the Quintiles Netherlands team. Additionally, Marlo worked as a Senior HR Consultant at ING and an HR Manager at KPMG. The career began as HR Consultant leading the HR function in the Netherlands for Marcus Evans. Marlo holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management from The University of Salford and a Bachelor's in Hotel Management from Hotelschool The Hague, along with A-levels and GCSE's from Island School Hong Kong.
