Guilherme Semeghin

Guilherme Semeghin is a skilled project and process manager with extensive experience in operational efficiency and continuous improvement across various sectors. Currently at Loggi since October 2020, Guilherme leads initiatives such as the Agency 2.0 project, achieving significant productivity gains through process automation. Prior roles include senior project coordination, where a team was guided through improvements in complex logistics operations, along with prior positions at GPA and AGR Consultores, focusing on process optimization across retail and other industries.
