Gustavo Desivo

Gustavo Desivo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Operational Excellence, particularly in LEAN, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies. Currently serving as the Gerente de Excelencia Operacional at Softys since September 2022, Gustavo manages the application of Excellence Operational tools across over 30 production lines and various operational areas. Prior roles include independent consulting in Operational Excellence, leading LEAN & TPM initiatives at Benito Roggio Ambiental, and serving as Corporate Head of LEAN+TPM and Director of Industrial Plant in Brazil at GA.MA Italy. Gustavo also held various positions at Johnson & Johnson, culminating as Plant Manager for the Women's Protection division, where responsibilities included production volume, quality assurance, and maintenance. Educated as an Industrial Engineer at the Universidad Nacional de Luján, Gustavo further enhanced expertise in quality management as a teacher in TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
