Juliana Fracchia

Juliana Fracchia has extensive work experience in sales and account management. Juliana started their career at LL Comunicações as a Producer Coordinator from March 2007 to October 2008. Juliana then joined FedEx Express, where they held various roles including Business Development from October 2009 to November 2011, Sales Assistant from December 2011 to May 2012, Account Executive from June 2012 to October 2015, Worldwide Account Manager from November 2015 to September 2019, and finally Manager Worldwide Sales from September 2019 to April 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Sales at Loggi, starting from April 2023.

Juliana Fracchia obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) in 2005. In 2009, they completed a preparatory course for the CAE exam (Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English) from Embassy CES - Australia. Juliana also earned the TOEIC certification with a score of 895 out of 1000 in the same year. In 2010-2011, they pursued a Master's degree in Communication from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Juliana then participated in the Professional Development Program, "Managing Yourself And Leading Others," at Harvard University in 2015. Juliana has also received additional certifications, including "Professional Development - Managing Yourself And Leading Others" from Harvard University in 2015 and the "Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English" from the University of Cambridge in 2009. Juliana has also been recognized as part of the FedEx Ambassador's Club and FedEx Presidents Club.
