Karen Raiany

Karen Raiany is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and software development. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Loggi since August 2023, Karen is responsible for defining the technical roadmap and ensuring alignment of technology with business objectives. As a Co-Founder of Kiuin since November 2022, Karen engages in market research and product development in the healthcare sector. Previous roles include Staff Software Engineer and Tech Lead at Labsit, where responsibilities included supporting developers and leading mobile product initiatives in both financial and healthcare sectors. Karen has also served as CTO for multiple startups, where significant projects and products were developed in various technologies. With a Bachelor's degree in Computing, Software Engineering, and Entrepreneurship from the Federal University of Ceara, Karen possesses a robust foundation in both technical and leadership capabilities.
