Margaret Jones

Margaret Jones has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Margaret started their career in 1987 as an Operations Manager at TJX and later worked as a Store Management/Regional Training Specialist/Regional Recruiter at Warner Brothers Studio Stores. In 1997, they became the Corporate Director of Store Operations at Viacom Retail Group/Nickelodeon Stores.

Moving into the technology and consulting industry, Margaret joined Hudson as a Senior Recruiter in 2000 and eventually became the Sr. Director of Recruiting, NA, Retained Search. Margaret was responsible for designing and implementing process methodologies, standards, and best practices for recruiting.

Margaret also worked at Brightwing as a National Recruiting SME and served as the Director of Internal Recruiting, NA at Hudson in 2010. In 2013, they joined Daugherty Business Solutions as the Director of Recruiting for their Dallas branch. Margaret played a key role in sourcing, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding talents for the company.

In 2018, Margaret became an Executive Recruiter at Alterity Partners LLC, where they offered a range of services and specialties in recruiting solutions. Margaret then worked as a Senior IT Recruiter at Horn Solutions, Inc. from 2020 to 2022, providing strategic accounting and finance, information technology, and office staffing services.

Currently, Margaret is working at Logic Information Systems as part of the Talent Acquisition team. Logic is a consultancy firm focused on retail, helping clients navigate challenges and disruptions in the industry.

Margaret Jones pursued their education from 2018 to 2021, enrolling in an online program offered by the University of Minnesota Crookston. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in the general field of study.

Earlier in their educational journey, Margaret attended the University of Minnesota from 1990 to 1994. Though details about their degree are not provided, they focused their studies on the subjects of Art and English.
