Rachel E. Soffer

Rachel E. Soffer is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and legal counsel. Currently serving as General Counsel at Logic Information Systems since October 2018, Rachel provides strategic legal guidance to the executive and management teams on matters related to partnerships, contracts, data security, compliance, employment, and intellectual property. As a Partner of Counsel at Soffer Law Group, PLLC since June 2008, Rachel supports various businesses with daily operations, strategic planning, and growth initiatives. Previously, Rachel held partner positions at Fredrikson & Byron and Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly. Educational credentials include a B.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University, a Doctor of Law from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and studies in International Relations at The American University of Paris.
