Aakriti Bishnoi Rawat is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Lead HR at Evon Technologies since April 2024, Aakriti previously held the position of Lead HR at Logic Simplified from August 2014 to the present, where responsibilities included company-employee communication, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and payroll management. Aakriti's career began as an HR Executive focused on recruiting IT professionals, managing candidate coordination and employee induction processes.
