Ann Castillo

Ann Castillo has solid experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Ann is currently working as a Talent Services Lead at Logicalis, a position they began in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Resourcing Adviser at Santos Talent Community, partnered by Chandler Macleod. Ann also worked as a Consultant in Recruitment for various clients.

In 2021, Ann held the role of Head of Talent at Arq Group, where they oversaw the entire Talent Acquisition function, including budgeting, reporting, and vendor management. Ann collaborated closely with executive directors to develop customized hiring strategies and used research, data, and metrics to drive discussions on change.

Before joining Arq Group, Ann worked as a Senior Recruitment Manager at HCL Australia Services Pty Limited from 2017 to 2021. Ann provided expert advice, implemented best practice recruitment strategies, and partnered with the Group Manager of Talent Acquisition to deliver various recruitment services.

From 2014 to 2017, Ann was a Recruitment Manager at HCL Technologies. Ann reported to the AVP of Talent Acquisition and led hiring activities for key business units. Ann also developed strategies to improve employee satisfaction and reduce attrition rates.

Earlier in their career, Ann worked as a Recruitment Manager at Citi CBPS, where they managed a team and implemented strategies to meet aggressive recruiting targets. Ann developed a behavioral-based interview assessment tool that standardized the assessment process and improved conversion rates during final interviews.

Ann's experience also includes working as a Strategic Site Recruitment Lead at IBM, where they managed day-to-day operations and set up new recruitment sites. Ann conducted research on external and competitive information for each site.

Ann began their career as a Recruitment Manager at People4u, where they managed a team of recruitment consultants and implemented sourcing and branding strategies, analyzed data for talent identification, and reviewed recruitment policies.

Overall, Ann has a diverse background in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a focus on strategic planning, team management, and implementing effective hiring strategies.

Ann Castillo completed their BS degree in Psychology from St. Paul University Manila from 2000 to 2004. Ann then pursued their Master of Arts in Human Resource Management at De La Salle University from 2005 to 2009. Finally, they obtained an MA in Education with a specialization in Special Education from the University of the Philippines from 2006 to 2012.
