Omar Salong is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment and personnel management across various regions, particularly in Asia and Oceania. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Cluster Lead at Nestlé since August 2024, Omar previously held leadership positions at TDCX and TTEC, where responsibilities included overseeing talent acquisition strategies and integrating new programs. With early career experience at Megaworld Corporation and the Bacolod City Government in roles related to account management and legislative support, Omar possesses a diverse skill set. Omar holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of St. La Salle and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the same institution.
