Fiona Light Chartered McIpd

Fiona Light has over two decades of work experience in learning and development roles. Fiona is currently serving as the Group Talent Director at Logicalis since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Learning and Organisational Development Director at Gamma from May 2021 to February 2022. In 2020, Fiona held the position of Strategic VP of Learning & Development and Talent; Mentor/Coach, where they were responsible for shaping the strategic vision for L&D and Talent agendas. Fiona also worked in various leadership roles at DHL and DHL Supply Chain, including VP Global Learning and Development and VP Talent and People Development. Fiona has also gained experience at companies like Brakes, Phones4u, and John Lewis.

Fiona Light Chartered MCIPD completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sociology and Anthropology from Swansea University between 1995 and 1998. Prior to that, they attended Campion School in Northampton from 1988 to 1995, although their degree name and field of study during that time were not specified. Fiona also obtained additional certifications including TMSDI from TMSD, and completed a course on Leading Virtually: Vulnerability and Presence when Working from Home from LinkedIn in 2020.
