Pavan Jayaprakash

Pavan Jayaprakash currently serves as the Group Talent Development Director at CMA CGM, where responsibilities include designing and implementing talent development strategies across 160 countries since April 2025. Prior to this role, Pavan held various positions at Faurecia from June 2010 to March 2025, including Talent and Organization Development Director, where focus was on enhancing the talent pipeline and fostering an inclusive culture, and Group HR Director for India, overseeing a workforce of over 4,000 across multiple states. Additional experience includes a dual role as Group & FCM HR Director India, where corporate HR and Clean Mobility business group operations were managed, and a brief tenure as a Human Resources Consultant, which contributed to significant growth for Faurecia. Pavan undertook a three-month global journey to immerse in diverse cultures and has completed leadership and HR management programs at prestigious institutions, including the London Business School and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
