Nicole Thomas is the Director of Customer Marketing at LogicMonitor. Nicole has over ten years of experience in marketing, customer communications, and event management.

Nicole started their career as an intern at AgingParents.com in 2009, followed by an internship at Online Marketing Connect in 2010. Nicole then spent two years as Marketing Programs Manager at HP Autonomy from 2011 to 2013. In October 2013, Nicole took on the role of Manager, Events & Programs at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they oversaw global events and programs for the company.

In December 2015, Nicole joined SailPoint as Sr Manager, Global Customer Marketing. In this role, they were responsible for customer marketing communications and lifecycle marketing strategy for post-sale customers. Nicole and their team achieved Gartner’s ‘Customer Choice Badge’ and ‘Voice of the Customer’ Report for Identity Governance & Administration in 2020 and 2021.

Nicole joined LogicMonitor in March of 2022 as Director of Customer Marketing. In this role, they are responsible for leading the customer marketing team and executing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Nicole Thomas has a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of San Francisco. Nicole also has a certification in B2B Masters from Eloqua. Nicole is currently pursuing a business career in marketing at the University of Oregon.

Their manager is Ryan Kam, Chief Marketing Officer. They work with Merrily McGugan - Senior Director, Global Brand & Communications, Zachary Perl - Director, Growth Marketing.
