In 2020, they became the Human Resources Director at LogicomUSA\u00ae, where they provided Human Resources consultation to establish a Human Resources platform for the organization, created a company handbook, designed, established, and rolled out policies, and coached/educated the CEO and managers on employee relations, employee issues, and payroll system functionality.

Michele Fugett, PHR, obtained their High School Diploma from Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School in General Studies. Michele then obtained an AMA Certification in Human Resources Management from Union College - NJ. Fugett also obtained a Professional in Human Resources National Certification from HRCI and an Executive Secretarial Certification from Katharine Gibbs School for Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary.
