Katrina Najee

Katrina Najee has held a number of positions in the U.S. Army and private sector. Katrina began their career in 2009 as the Battalion Command Sergeant Major/Logistics Management Specialist (COO) for the 101 Sustainment Brigade, Special Troops Battalion. In this role, they managed a $98 million operating budget and daily logistics activities for a 1200-man organization. Katrina also mentored and evaluated 50 personnel monthly on performance and made recommendations for promotions, disciplinary actions and dismissal. In 2012, they became the Garrison Command Sergeant Major/City Assistant Manager (COO) for United States Army Garrison Japan. In this role, they served as the Senior Enlisted advisor to the Garrison Commander and managed a total budget of over $300M. In 2014, they became the Senior Executive to Quality Assurance Director for the U.S. Army. In this role, they served as an extension of the Commander's eyes, ears, voice, and conscience and conducted systemic inspections, investigations, inquires, and assistance. In 2016, they became the Senior Logistics Manager for LogiCore Corporation. Finally, in 2019, they became the Protocol Officer for the U.S. Army Materiel Command. In this role, they supported and promoted the strategic outreach and engagement goals of the Commanding General, United States Army Materiel Command. Katrina also managed the enterprise-wide Protocol Program and planned, coordinated and executed official Command Group (CG, CSM, DCG, EDCG, CoS & ADCG-ARNG) receptions, ceremonies and events.

Katrina Najee obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.) in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Excelsior University in 2008. In December 2014, they received their Inspector General Certification from Commander.
