Graham Michener

Graham Michener is the Partner and Financial Services Practice Leader at ECB STAR Group, where they focus on executive and board-level searches across various sectors. With thirty years of experience, they have a background that includes a decade on Wall Street and over twenty years in retained executive search. Graham began their search career at Russell Reynolds Associates and held prominent roles at RSR Partners and other boutique firms. They have also served in leadership positions in major financial institutions, including Lehman Brothers and JPMorgan Chase. Currently, Graham is pursuing a BA in English and Anthropology from Lafayette College.
