Caroline Oosterbaan is member of the Executive Committee of NIBC and responsible for Corporate Banking’s growth & leveraged finance, structured finance, mezzanine & equity and corporate finance/M&A in NIBC’s core markets the Netherlands, Germany and the UK.

Her broad experience in (investment) banking, corporate finance, international M&A, strategy consulting and entrepreneurship started at ABN AMRO. Caroline continued her career in strategy consulting at OC&C Strategy Consultants (now Parthenon EY). Later, she set up the finance division of de Nederlandse Interim Group, which was sold to DPA Group in 2011.

Caroline joined the RSM Advisory Board in July 2016. She’s also chair of the supervisory board of family-owned Westland Kaas (Old Amsterdam, Maaslander) and member of the ‘Raad van Toezicht’ Cultuur+Financiering.

Caroline holds an MSc in Business Economics from Erasmus University (EUR).
