Brenton Graves

Brenton Graves has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Brenton is currently working at Logicworks as a Senior Cloud Service Delivery Manager, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, Brenton worked at Rackspace for several years, where they held various roles. From June 2018 to April 2021, they served as the Manager of Fanatical Support, overseeing technical aspects of client relationships. From May 2013 to May 2018, Brenton worked as a Technical Account Manager, providing ongoing support and building relationships with customers and colleagues. Before that, from July 2011 to May 2013, they were a Cloud Support Administrator, responsible for maintaining and optimizing cloud servers. Brenton's early experience includes working as a Customer Service Technician, where they handled troubleshooting and email account management tasks.

Brenton Graves obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification in March 2020 from Microsoft.
