Jason Lopez has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Jason started their career at Logicworks as a Cloud Support Associate (Tier 2) in September 2021. In this role, they are responsible for troubleshooting incidents, monitoring server health and backups, assisting with client communication, creating formal documentation processes, and tracking internal ticket progress.
