Jerfyn Rosario

Jerfyn Rosario has a work experience starting from 2017. Jerfyn worked as a Student at NPower (nonprofit) from July 2017 to December 2017, and again from June 2020 to September 2020. From November 2017 to January 2021, they worked as an Information Technology Support Technician at Serious Technology, where they assisted in analyzing and troubleshooting end user problems, utilized remote control and management programs, and created/updated detailed documentation. Currently, since April 2022, they hold the position of Cloud Operations Specialist at Logicworks, and prior to that, they worked as a NOC Intern from July 2021 to April 2022.

Jerfyn Rosario completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brooklyn College, from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their degree, they obtained the CompTIA A+ certification in October 2017 and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2020.
