Dico Angelo

Dico Angelo has a diverse range of work experience. Dico is currently an Operations Specialist, Cloud Alliances at Contentsquare, a role they started in May 2023. Previously, they worked at Rocket Mortgage Canada as an Associate Product Success Specialist from July 2020 to January 2023, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and product success. Before that, Dico was a Customer Service Representative at SDI Marktg from March 2020 to July 2020, where they provided exceptional service and resolved customer issues. In 2019, they worked as a Business Marketing Lead at uWinLoop, focusing on web design and social media marketing. Dico also gained experience as Vice President of Marketing / Mentor at Odette Highschool Leadership Initiative from September 2015 to August 2019, as well as in various roles at MH100 Fitness, JDC Central Business Competition, Enactus, and AIESEC, where they developed skills in administration, leadership, and mentorship.

Dico Angelo completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Windsor, spanning from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Dico has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in different areas such as web design, artificial intelligence, product management, agile methodology, communication, consulting, and other professional skills.
