Sean B. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

In 2010, they worked as a PAL (Peer Assisted Learner) at Spokane Community College, where they provided academic support and leadership to current students.

In 2010, they also worked as a System Analyst at NightHawk Radiology Services for a brief period of time.

From 2011 to 2012, Sean was a senior-level student in B.S. CIS at Eastern Washington University.

From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an IT Desktop Support Analyst at Community Health Systems / Deaconess Hospital, providing comprehensive enterprise technology support and troubleshooting.

From 2015 to 2017, Sean worked as a Desktop Support Analyst at Clearwater Paper Corporation, delivering technical support and training to internal clients.

In 2017, they joined 2nd Watch as a Cloud Support Engineer, where they built and maintained cloud environments for high-profile clients, ensuring strict SLA compliance.

From 2022 to 2023, they worked as an Azure Support Engineer at LTIMindtree, troubleshooting and resolving various Azure-related issues for Microsoft clients.

Currently, Sean is working at Logicworks as a Cloud Monitoring Specialist, helping AWS & Azure customers improve their time-to-cloud and prevent issues through Logicworks CRP, an automation and telemetry platform.

Sean B. completed an Associates of Applied Science degree in IT Network Design and Administration from the Community Colleges of Spokane, which they attended from 2009 to 2011. In 2022, they obtained a Certification in AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA-C02) from https://learn.cantrill.io/. In terms of additional certifications, Sean B. earned the following: AWS Cloud Quest: Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2023, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in April 2022, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2021 Certified Associate from Oracle in April 2022, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2022, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco in September 2013.
