Evan Johnson has had a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles since 2006. Evan worked as an Instructor for Youth Science Institute, then as an Earth Science and GIS Intern for SSAI, and as a Student Airborne Research Program Intern for NASA in 2011. In 2012, they joined NASA as an Assistant Center Lead, GIS Wizard, and Project Manager. Evan was responsible for incorporating remote sensing data and consulting with clients to analyze and process imagery. Evan was also involved in integrating optical imagery, synthetic aperture radar data, and cloud-based GIS applications into client end-products. In 2013, they left NASA and worked at Medallia as an Analyst in the Hospitality Practice Customer Experience and then as a Senior Analyst and Engagement Manager in Professional Services. At Optimizely, Evan worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager, Strategic Customer Success Manager, and Manager, Enterprise Customer Success -- West & Central Regions. In 2020, they joined Observe.AI as the Head of Global Customer Success Management and then as the Principal Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at Logik.io, where they are responsible for selling and maintaining Logik.io's Commerce Logic Engine for Salesforce CPQ and E-commerce.
Evan Johnson attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) from 2008 to 2012. Evan received a degree in Geography & Environmental Studies and specialized in Geospatial Information Systems and Technologies.
