David Morris

David Morris is a seasoned professional in digital engineering and project controls, focusing on modernising asset-intensive organisations through strategic alignment of business practices and technology. They have held significant roles, including Digital Engineering Lead at Aurecon, where they led major infrastructure projects, and currently serve as the Digital Engineering Manager for Sydney Metro, overseeing critical digital delivery and governance functions. David began their career as an Architectural Drafter at Couvaras Architects, eventually progressing through various leadership roles, including BIM Manager at Hastie Australia and PMO Performance Improvement for Sydney Water Delivery Partner. They are currently advancing their education at The University of Western Australia.
