Atwell Shearer

Atwell Shearer has a solid work experience in the field of software development. Atwell started their career as a Software Engineer at Logikos, Inc. in 1990 and worked until 1991. Atwell then returned to Logikos, Inc. in 1992 as a Senior Software Engineer and later served as the Chief Engineer of the Workstation Group from 1995 to 1998. During this time, they were responsible for desktop software development tools, technologies, training, and mentoring.

In 1998, Shearer briefly worked as a Staff Engineer at CyberMetrix, where they focused on desktop software development and provided engineering support to sales. Atwell then rejoined Logikos, Inc. in 1999 as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for desktop software development projects and engineers, and provided engineering support to sales. Atwell held this position until 2004, after which they transitioned to the role of Program Manager, and later Director of Engineering from 2012 to 2015.

From 2016 to 2018, Shearer served as the Director of Business Development at Logikos, Inc., where they played a crucial role in developing the company's business relationships. During this period, they also took on the role of Vice President of Engineering, overseeing all software and hardware development projects and leading engineering support for business development and sales. In 2017, they briefly assumed the role of Vice President of Business Development.

Shearer's leadership skills were recognized when they became the Executive Vice President of Logikos, Inc. in 2018. In this role, they continued to play a vital role in the growth and development of the company. Atwell then assumed the position of President in April 2022, further establishing their leadership and strategic abilities within the organization. Atwell is currently serving in this role.

Throughout their career, Atwell Shearer has consistently demonstrated their technical expertise and management capabilities, making significant contributions to the companies they have worked for. With a focus on software development and engineering support, they have been an essential asset to Logikos, Inc. and CyberMetrix.

Atwell Shearer received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Purdue University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.
