Mark Thomas

Mark Thomas currently serves as the Director of Operational Excellence at Logile, Inc., a position held since September 2020. Previously, Mark was the Operational Excellence Manager for Europe at Foodstuffs North Island Limited from June 2017 to September 2020, where responsibilities included leading the Retail Productivity Team and implementing workforce management principles. From July 2011 to June 2017, Mark was the Lead Productivity Process Manager at Tesco Stores Ltd, overseeing a team that maintained the Tesco Operating Model. Additionally, Mark held the role of Strategic Planning Manager at Barclays for a short period in 2010 after spending eight years at Tesco in various productivity-related positions. Mark's early education was completed at Cardinal Newman RC Comprehensive in Pontypridd from 1984 to 1990.
