Tom Willemsen has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Tom has worked at Login VSI since 2014, starting as a Support Engineer and eventually progressing to roles such as IT Consultant and Senior Customer Success Engineer. Currently, they serve as the Team Lead for Customer Success in the EMEA/APAC region, ensuring the success of customers in utilizing Login VSI products. Tom's responsibilities include onboarding new customers, providing training, defining test plans, and assisting with result interpretation. Additionally, they have experience in software implementation, VDI performance consultancy, project management, events, pre-sales, and documentation writing. Prior to their time at Login VSI, Tom worked as a PsiCapture Administrator at Triple M IT and as a Klassen Assistent Kritisch Denken at Hogeschool Utrecht, where they assisted students with the Kritisch Denken methodology.
Tom Willemsen received a Bachelor's degree in Systeembeheer from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an MBO in ICT Beheer from Roc Flevoland from 2003 to 2007.
