Dipan Mehta

Dipan Mehta has over 18 years of experience in the technology industry. Dipan started their career in 2002 as a Core Member at DeusCo Technologies. In the same year, they also founded Dizzy Research Group and worked as a consultant on the development of MPEG2-to-MPEG4 Transcoder. In 2004, they joined MoTech Software as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2007, they joined Vubites India Pvt. Ltd. as the Head of Technology and Strategy, where they were also responsible for data analytics and providing support to sales persons. In 2017, they joined Rediff.com India Ltd. as the Director of Data Engineering and worked on an alternative model for recommender systems. Dipan then joined Securens Systems Pvt. Ltd. as the Vice President of Research and Development, where they designed the product roadmap for Video Analytics platform for Security system. In 2018, they became a Principal Engineer at BrowserStack, and also worked as an Independent Consultant. Most recently, in 2022, they joined LogiNext as the Associate Vice President - Product Engineering.

Dipan Mehta completed their B.E. in Electronics from Sardar Patel University between 1993 and 1997. Dipan then went on to pursue an M.Tech in Telecommunications and Signal Processing from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay between 1999 and 2001. In 2018, they obtained six certifications from Coursera, including Deep Learning Specialization, Sequence Models, Convolutional Neural Networks, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, and Structuring Machine Learning Projects.
