Bhagyalakshmi Koppula has been working in the field of threat research since 2007. bhagyalakshmi started their career at Technosoft Corporation as a Junior Threat Research Analyst and was later promoted to Intermediate Threat Research Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for classifying malware samples based on the behavior and adding to the Webrrot product and re-testing before going to production. In 2012, Bhagyalakshmi moved to Loginsoft where they worked as a Senior Threat Research Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing malicious code, virus description and blogs, performing dynamic and static analysis and reverse engineering of malware, providing generic detection to cover large number of malwares in single routine, identifying and documenting high impact, emerging, and complex malware threats, and more. bhagyalakshmi is currently still employed at Loginsoft.

Bhagyalakshmi Koppula obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from GITAM Engineering College between 2002 and 2006.
