Andrew Judd has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Andrew started their career as a Technician at Business Telecom Inc. in 1995 and later worked as a Technician at Executive Communications Limited from 1997 to 1999. Andrew then transitioned to the role of Inside Technical & Sales Support at Executive Communications Limited from 1999 to 2001.
In 2001, Andrew became a Sales Engineer at Executive Communications Limited and held this position until 2007 when they joined Eclipse Technology Solutions Inc. There, they initially worked as a Solution Architect, where they demonstrated leadership in account planning, technology migration, and proposal preparation. Andrew also provided pre-sales design and sales support for various enterprise technology solutions.
At Eclipse Technology Solutions Inc., Andrew later became an Account Manager and continued to provide tailored solutions to clients, ensuring their needs were met and addressing any challenges that arose. Andrew used their sales engineering background and technical acumen to reduce the total cost of ownership for clients.
In 2021, Andrew joined Talkdesk as a Solution Engineer and served in the role of Solution Engineer, Enterprise. In this position, they prepared high-impact product and platform demonstrations, tailored to showcase how Talkdesk CX Cloud could solve business problems for customers. Andrew led discovery sessions, developed Talkdesk-based solutions, and prepared detailed RFx responses.
Most recently, Andrew joined LogiSense Corporation in 2022 as a Solution Engineer, where they currently hold a role.
Andrew Judd attended Sir Sandford Fleming College from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a Diploma in Electronics Engineering Technician - Telephone Systems.
