Willem Karel has extensive experience in the hospitality and facility management sectors. Currently serving as Facility Manager at Logistic Force since July 2018, responsibilities include purchasing and the exploitation of goods while ensuring cost-effectiveness. Prior experience includes ownership and management roles at Cafe Karel en Viva Las Tapas, wherein responsibilities spanned planning, budgeting, staff recruitment, and compliance with licensing laws. Additionally, Willem Karel served as General Secretary at Stichting Horeca Heuvel from 2014 to 2015, focusing on event organization and budget management. Earlier experience as the owner of Hotel Pension De Koegelwieck involved overseeing all operational aspects, from housekeeping to guest relations. Educational background includes studies at Autotechnische School Apeldoorn and MTS Werktuigbouwkunde Eindhoven.
