Mike McGuinness

VP, Training Device Programs at Logistic Services International, Inc.

Mike McGuinness serves as the Vice President, Training Device Programs. He is responsible for the management of all training device programs and oversees the delivery of training devices for our Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine customers. He is the primary point of contact for Government Program Managers for all LSI training device efforts. In addition to overseeing daily training device operations he also conducts long range planning to ensure resources are available to meet the training device design and production schedule. Mike served 22 years in United States Navy and Naval Reserve as an Avionics Technician.

He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In 1990, Mike joined LSI and has been at the forefront of LSI’s simulation innovation efforts. He helped pioneer LSI’s innovative software simulations in support of CH-47F Chinook and AH-64 Apache pilot and maintainer training.
