Wayne Rubie

Wayne Rubie is a seasoned professional in the aviation and military training sectors, currently serving as an Operator Instructor and Quality Assurance Professional at Logistic Services International, Inc. since October 2015. In this role, Wayne develops training curricula and instructs on-site mission system maintenance and flight training, maintaining current qualifications in relevant aircraft. Previously, Wayne was a Subject Matter Expert at Logistic Services International, contributing to courseware development and training in accordance with military specifications. Prior experience includes a Quality Assurance Representative role at L-3 Communications, where Wayne improved the quality system for aircraft maintenance, and instruction as a P-3 FRS Instructor Flight Engineer with the U.S. Navy.
