Gary Barber

Gary Barber serves as the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at LMI since February 2024, while also leading Barber Enterprises and IT Solutions Inc. as Chief Executive Officer since November 2022. Formerly at SAIC, Barber held multiple positions including DHS CTO and Solutions Architect Director, driving architectural solutions and strategy for the Department of Homeland Security. Barber's expertise spans over 20 years in enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data analytics, and IT modernization, with notable roles in organizations such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Unisys, and Northrop Grumman. Barber holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from West Virginia University and a Master's degree in Cyber Security Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
