Mark Redlingshafer

Mark Redlingshafer is currently serving as the Vice President and Senior Development Manager at Logistics Property Company, LLC (LPC), where they are responsible for development and leasing in the South Region. Prior to joining LPC in 2022, Mark had over eight years of real estate experience in Industrial investment sales, leasing, and tenant representation.

In their previous role at CBRE, Mark specialized in commercial real estate disposition/acquisition, leasing, and site selection for industrial properties in Houston, Texas. Mark also had a role in retail investment sales in the Southwest United States, where they developed client relationships and handled the marketing, strategy, and positioning of offerings.

Before joining CBRE, Mark spent a year as a Wheel Program Associate, rotating through different service lines within the company to gain advanced learning opportunities and work on projects that added value to the teams.

Earlier in their career, Mark held positions as a Development Analyst at Alexico Group, handling customer relations at The Mark Hotel, and working in investment sales at Richland Investments. Mark also worked as a Property Tax Consultant at RETC, LP.

These experiences have provided Mark with a diverse background in real estate, including knowledge in development, investment sales, leasing, and client relationship management.

Mark Redlingshafer attended Southern Methodist University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Their field of study was focused on Real Estate, Finance, and Economics. In September 2014, Mark also obtained certification as a Real Estate Salesperson from the Texas Real Estate Commission.
