Claudia Thieme is the Head of Customer Success for EMEA, bringing years of experience in customer success management to the role. They currently lead a diverse team of Customer Success Managers across Europe. Previously, Claudia held positions at various companies, including Allianz Worldwide Care, Genesys, Webex, Pricefx, and Logitech, where they contributed to customer success strategies and team management. Claudia was also recognized as the "Customer Success Rookie of the Year EMEA 2019" at Genesys. In their personal life, Claudia enjoys spending time with their twins and dog.
