Natalia Ruszanyuk is the Head of Customer Experience and Customer Success at Neocase. Natalia has prior experience as a Business Development and Strategy Advisor at GREM Global Real Estate Market Platform, Co-Founder and Business Development Manager at R-Lab Company, and General Manager of the Telesales Centre at Tink Labs. Natalia also held various positions at IBM, including Manager of Client Services, Manager of Sales Transactions, Team Lead of Sales Transactions, and Bid Manager Pricing. Natalia holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relationships and Marketing from Budapest Business School, a Master's degree from Kiev State University of Economics and Trade, and completed the LeadPro training and assessment at IBM Leadership Academy.
