Nicolas Hanssens is an experienced leader specializing in digital transformation and marketing strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Digital Transformation at Logitech since June 2022, Nicolas has defined a comprehensive customer-centric digital transformation roadmap, supervised global marketing technology, and enhanced data architecture. Prior to Logitech, Nicolas led digital transformation initiatives for the Swatch Group, overseeing over 200 digital marketers and engineers, and significantly improved marketing ROI at Longines. Earlier experience includes founding a consulting network at NHS Consult, enhancing luxury brand strategies at Digital Luxury Group, and academia roles at both HEC Executive and Université de Neuchâtel.
