Jessica is an experienced culinary professional currently working as a Junior Sous Chef at Lancemore Hotel Group since January 2024. Prior roles include Chef de Partie at Pt. Leo Estate from September 2021 to December 2023, Chef de Partie at Woodman Estate from August 2018 to September 2021, and Chef de Partie at Longitude 131° for a brief period in 2018. Jessica also held multiple positions at Bolero Brasserie from October 2011 to January 2018, advancing from Chef de Partie to Head Chef and Sous Chef.
