Product Operations Manager at Logiwa

Lidija Kamansky has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to 2022. Lidija started their career at Nine Systems Corporation as a Technical Account Manager, where they managed and retained strategic enterprise accounts, provided consultation to customers, and gathered system requirements for product enhancements. Lidija then joined Sincro, an Ansira company, in 2004 and held various roles including Customer Account Manager, Manager of CRM Support, Manager of Digital Marketing Services, Business Analyst, Product Manager, and Senior Product Manager in the field of digital advertising. Lidija was later promoted to Director of Ad Operations, where they led a team of 27 employees, oversaw the design and deployment of digital advertising campaigns, and implemented cross-team processes to improve campaign quality and efficiency. In 2016, they became the Director of Digital Agency at Sincro, responsible for managing the operations and customer success for top accounts, including General Motors and Autodata. Lidija also played a critical liaison role between client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, accounting, and IT. Additionally, they drove continuous improvement initiatives, such as identifying discrepancies in OEM invoices and designing new processes that led to the recovery of over $1 million in revenue. Lidija joined Logiwa WMS in 2022 as a Product Operations Manager.

Lidija Kamansky holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems from San Diego State University. Lidija also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
