Jayni Dalal

Jayni Dalal has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jayni started their career as a Recruitment Executive at Adler Talent Solutions in 2014, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment for logistics, shipping, and marine industries. Jayni then worked as an Intern at Bisleri International Pvt Ltd in 2016.

In the same year, they joined Adler Talent Solutions again, this time as an HR Generalist. Jayni'sresponsibilities included payroll management, statutory compliance, attendance management, admin management, and employee engagement. Jayni also developed new HR policies and conducted exit interviews.

In 2017, Jayni worked as an HR Executive at Web Code Genie, where they handled recruitment and selection activities and conducted interviews up to senior executive levels.

From 2019 to 2020, they served as an HR Business Partner at PeopleWorks IN, where they managed compensation and benefits, handled joinings and inductions, coordinated recruitment and selection processes, conducted exit formalities, and undertook employee welfare and engagement activities.

In 2020, they joined CMR Group of Institutions as a Senior Executive - HR Operations for a brief period.

Currently, Jayni is working at Logixal Inc since 2021 in the role of Assistant Manager Human Resources.

Jayni Dalal completed a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Amrut Mody School of Management from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from the HL Institute of Computer Applications from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Dalal has obtained multiple certifications in various instructional design and employee engagement topics from LinkedIn, including Employee Engagement, Learning SCORM and Tin Can API, Agile Instructional Design, Become an Instructional Designer, Elearning Essentials: Instructional Design, Elearning Essentials: Storyboarding, How to Design and Deliver Training Programs, Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID, Instructional Design: Adult Learners, Instructional Design: Creating Video Training, Instructional Design: Needs Analysis, Instructional Design: Storyboarding, Instructional Design: Working with SMEs, and Introduction to Screencasting.
