Pete's first managerial role was at Protocol Global Solutions from 1998 to 2001, where they managed and directed operations for an 80-station inbound call center, overseeing supervisory staff and agent performance to achieve service level and revenue goals.
Pete Mulford obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Boston University.
